Choose by your wrist size. Measure snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone:

19 cm (7.5 in): fits wrists about 16 to 17 cm (6.3 to 6.7 in)
21 cm (8.3 in): fits wrists about 18 to 19 cm (7.1 to 7.5 in)
23 cm (9.1 in): fits wrists about 20 to 21 cm (7.9 to 8.3 in)

For a looser fit, go up one length.
