Are these see through when bending?

No. The knit is a dense four way stretch chosen specifically to stay opaque through deep bends and squats. The only sheer parts are the mesh panels, which are meant to be sheer.

Will the waistband roll down?

The waistband is high rise and compressive, so it stays put through lunges and strides rather than folding over at the top.

Will a large phone fit in the pocket?

Yes. The side pocket is sized for a phone and sits flat against the leg, so it holds securely through movement.
